Established on 29 January 2012, MMP Petroleum (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian marine services company headquartered in Kemaman, Terengganu. The company delivers ship management, marine logistics, offshore support, and equipment supply predominantly to the oil & gas industry. Key offerings include crewing services, vessel provisioning, offshore and onshore catering, as well as industrial trading and land transportation solutions.

Within its fleet sits the “Berkat Tenang”, a Malaysian-flagged Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel built in 2012. This vessel is designed for global operations, boasting a bollard pull rating of 65 tonnes and classification as an offshore support vessel with fire-fighting and dynamic positioning capabilities.
